The hotel is ideal for families with kids, despite some room issues and construction noise. The service was excellent, especially from Ahmed and Ganesh. The location is central with easy access to the airport and key attractions, though noisy due to ongoing construction. Dining offers tasty options catering to various tastes. Although the building is under refurbishment, it is close to major tourist spots.
The hotel rooms were full when we arrived, as previous guests had been moved due to issues with the beds. The daily clean-up was efficient, but there were limitations from day one. The service provided a warm and welcoming experience, with solutions offered for various needs. The location was slightly removed from the main attractions but still convenient. The dining options were good, particularly with the variety available in the rooftop restaurant.
